With the increase of trade costs in international trade,it has evolved to decide whether the trading behavior of key factors,is a focus in the study of the current international economic and trade field.China's tea trade in the pattern of international trade indispensable to occupy the important position,now in the international economic integration and China's strategy of "area",under the influence of China's tea export trade still has large space for development.The tea trade competitiveness and the literature mainly focused on the comparative advantage of the tea trade,in the tea trade costs the research Angle of view in a blank state,and in the actual trade costs in the trade of tea is objective existence,it is for the research of this paper provides a new train of thought and direction,so based on the cost of trading a perspective study and analysis on China's tea trade has certain research value and theory significance.This paper from the perspective of the tea trade costs,from the meaning of trade costs,China's tea trade cost measures and the influence of the tea trade costs on the tea trade growth effect,this three aspects refer to many previous scholars on the related research method,set up China's tea trade costs of a complete analysis framework,to take effective measures to decrease the cost of the tea trade and further promote China's tea trade growth has important and far-reaching theoretical significance,also has the reality guiding sense.First,Based on the trade cost measurement formula Novy(2011)derived from the improved gravitational model(this formula is the most comprehensive theoretical basis for the cost of measuring trade at home and abroad),this paper uses the trade data of China's foreign trade in the COMTRADE database from 2005 to 2014 to measure the cost of tea trade in China,and analysis its changes.The results show that the trade cost of China's foreign tea has a decreasing trend with the whole of time.Between 2005 and 2014,the cost of tea trade in China decreased by 21.58%,and the decline rate was large.Among them,China and Asia tea bilateral trade costs in the past 10 years fell by 7.57%,with Africa fell16.47%,with Europe fell 3.81%,with North America fell 15.10%,with South America fell33.34%,with Oceania fell 30.47 %.On the basis of the trade cost measurement model,through the further construction of the effect model of trade growth influence,it is found that the growth of the total output of trade and the decline of trade cost are the main driving force of the growth of tea trade in China,and the tea trade The Effect of Cost on the Growth of Tea Trade.The results show that the total output of both sides of the trade has the highest effect on the growth ofChina's foreign tea trade,which is 71.48%.The effect of the decline of tea trade cost is the highest,which is 65.13%,while the influence of the increase of multilateral trade resistance is Negative,indicating to a certain extent hindered the growth of tea trade.It was also found that the trade cost of tea had different effects on trade growth in different trade areas.The effect of tea trade cost decline on the growth of tea trade in China and North America was the highest,reaching 79.73%.The positive effect of tea trade cost reduction in Asia,Europe,South America and Oceania was also higher than that of 68.47 %,72.57%,64.70% and 70.31% respectively.According to the results of statistical analysis and empirical research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quality of tea production and promote the development of tea trade,increase the degree of opening to the outside world and actively establish free trade area,strengthen basic transportation construction and information technology.Tea trade costs in order to further promote China's foreign tea trade growth policy recommendations.
