Each member in one team possesses dual roles,the function role and the team role.The function role is determined by the function of one's position given by the team and related to one's professional skills.Otherwise,the members' nature and character determines their team role,which is a specialty revealed during the communication between one member and others.In one team,each member play both roles to contribute to their team.In daily enterprise management,people pay more attention to the management of function role which is concrete while the management of intangible team role attract less attention.Under the leadership of Meredith Belbin,the Industry Training Research Department of Cambrige raised that the team roles include nine types,mastermind,resource researcher,coordinator,encourager,supervising observer,uniter,doer,good beginning and ending maker and professor.Each role in one team possesses its own behavior characteristics,which affect not only the performance of the whole team,but the performance of each member.The Belbin team has studies out many kinds of evaluation questionnaire and followed with specific report,such as personal test,work relationship test,position requirement test,man-position matching test etc.This article applies self assessment questionnaire,a part of self test,to make a Belbin team role model test on the staffs in ABC ZQ Branch.The settlement of the functional positions like the president,manager,officer,director,secretary,lobby manager,customer manager and teller is in accordance with mastermind,resource researcher,coordinator,encourager,supervising observer,uniter,doer,good beginning and ending maker and professor in Belbin role theory.The analysis of such roles makes the problems clear that there are conflicts in the roles settlement among the institution,function and personnel etc.Under the strict inter-control banking system,this article devotes to analyze how to perfect the settlement of roles and enhance harmony relationship among departments and staffs,as a result,to promote the team performance.This article also poses suggestions in four aspects,making team target clear to lead staffs' thought unified,completing team roles to program settlement of personnel,respecting each other's characteristics to develop each one's advantage,and enhancing role adjustability to establish substitute system.
