Research On The Financing Mode Of Chinese Finance Leasing Company

In the 1950 s,financial leasing business model was generated in the USA as an innovative financial service sector,and it was introduced into China in the 1980 s.In the 21 st century,financial leasing industry has maintained a good momentum of development and achieved rapid growth in the recent two years,its combination effect of connecting entity and finance is increasingly strong.However,compared with the developed companies,there is still a relatively big gap in the financial leasing industry from GDP occupation and market penetration aspect,the actual requirement of the economic growth cannot be satisfied by it.By analysing the factors restricting the development of financial leasing company,of course there is old perception among the corporate operations,another reason could be that the environment for the four major functions-law,supervision,accounting and taxation needs to be improved,a lack of related professionals and low level of business innovation are internal causes.make research on how to innovate approaches and increase means and resolve the major problem above is the key step to push this industry to develop further.Research shows that the main financing way in China is bank loan,however bank loan has its limitation,at the moment the most realistic choices and the most possible channels are factoring,overseas loan under domestic guarantee and asset securitization financing.Therefore,this article indicates the risk management,profit model of financial leasing through highlighting the development of financial leasing industry.In this report,by going into more detail on factoring,overseas loan under domestic guarantee,asset securitization financing basic theory,related regulations,industry practice and operation mode based on the preventing risks,existing problems and related solutions in these models will be found out using HS financial leasing company as example,a series of operational plans will be proposed to help financial leasing companies in China to establish diversified financing channels,alleviate “financing difficulty” situation,and push forward further the development of financial leasing industry.
