Research On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure Of Agriculture Of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,and it's an industry that is related to the people's life,so optimizing of industrial structure of agriculture is related to improve the quality of people's life,and it's a part of optimizing the structure of national economy.Leading industry is the industry that play a leading role in the regional economy,and the leading industry has many advantages over the other industries in the regional economy whatever in the production value or the technological level,it will push the other industries in the regional economy actively.building the regional industrial structure with leading industry predominating will not only promote the development of other industries,but push the whole economic level to the high level.Jilin province is one of the national major grain producing area,so the agriculture status can not be ignored by us.The main scope of Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone(CJTPZ)is the core of Tumen river district,it contains some regions of Changchun city and Jilin city and the whole Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the area,people and the value of agricultural production in CJTPZ is about one-third of Jilin Province,so it's the basis of improving the regional economy and speed up the building of modern agriculture that how to optimize the structure of regional agricultural structure.This paper is about discussing the agriculture industrial structure in CJTPZ.The major agricultural industry in CJTPZ is the traditional farming,and the three industries is small in proportion,the commercial crop in farming is the small part,so the production is increasing year by year,but it can not improve the total value of agricultural output.The three main meat productions of livestock are hog,cattle and sheep,and today's development is mainly for the demand of the area.The forest resources distribution is unbalanced,and it can not be made full use of.The development of fishery in CJTPZ is enslaved to the geographical factors,and it's mainly for the demand of the area too.the main problems of the whole agriculture are unbalanced distribution and lack of the high quality corp.Started from the problem of agriculture structure in CJTPZ,and measured the related data of farming,forestry,livestock and fishery by income elasticity of demand,output growth rate,effect on regional output growth rate,growth levelness,per capita rate,location quotient and comprehensive comparative advantage index,at last we could make sure of the leading industry and the optimized direction of agricultural structure,and then we could use the theory of comparative advantage to make sure which corps has the comparative advantage,we will give some advices according to the result and the particular case of different regions,at last the policy suggestions will be given from the point view of geographical advantage,infrastructure construction,technological level,information construction and the market development.
