Stable and sustained growth of customers is the source of life,the continued growth of our customers,including the development of new customers and retain existing customers.In recent years,China Mobile XX individual users has been in the state in large quantities,the 2011 data every development there are three of four customers churn data for 2012 is 10 customers per development there 9 chum.The situation is equally present in the market of government and enterprise customers,China Mobile XX camera the size of the government and enterprise customers in early 2012 reached 253,000,and the end of the year,a total loss of nearly 57,000 government and enterprise customers.Government and enterprise customers in-depth study the reasons for the loss,and to take the necessary measures to reduce government and enterprise customers chum rate,until it regained the lost government and enterprise customers,has become the focus of China Mobile XX.In this paper,based on analysis of the reasons for the loss of the government and enterprise customers of China Mobile XX,trying to figure out the main factors that affect the loss of government and enterprise customers,and combined with the value of the customer life cycle theory,the classification of the loss of government and enterprise customers,and then judge whether win back the loss of government and enterprise customers and put forward the strategy of how to win back.
