With full-service era, traditional mobile operator is facing the huge challenge in the corporate customers market development. As a result of increasing demand from corporate customers, it require telecommunication operator to provide comprehensive solutions for them. And when mobile operator access to the full service including fixed-line business, they will have a high potential risk of loss customer by less experience in fixed-line business.In this paper, it focuses on the market environment analysis and structural analysis of the corporate customers of Shanghai Mobile. Pointing out that the existence problem to corporate customers of Shanghai Mobile is a single source of revenue and low coverage of customer market.It offers a develop strategy to retaining and board new customers under the situation of full service access. For the existent corporate customers, Shanghai mobile should make value segmentation and conduct classification service to them. Seize the dual attribute of corporate customers and give full play to its advantage of economies of scale. Emphasize on "second marketing" to the corporate customers; Construct customers operating support system to meet the demands of transition both from individual customers market to corporate customers and the mobile business to full service business. Customers of the new market are the target for Shanghai Mobile to expand. It can conduct by following method: Increase the market coverage; Take the preemptive opportunities by all kind of competitive action to gain advantage; Advocate for TD service to gain maximum support from government and society; Promote G3 and TD corporate service and different industries information-based business solutions; strengthen the unified logo of corporate customers and construct exclusive brand for corporate customers.
