With the development of science and technology,the economy and society are so continuously progressing that large screen splicing display technology has been widely applied in increasing fields.The demand for the products is quite different,because of the variations of requirements for using large screen splicing product by the customers in each industry,the complex of the environment,the life cycle of products and so on.Therefore,in order to make the display system effective,we should make display scheme and configure different auxiliary equipment according to the different customers' feature and needs.After years of struggling,the A company has rapidly developed,owning the first-level of professional skills and market share.With homogeneous competition of large screen splicing display system and intense competition of market structure,the company should analyze the current marketing situation and adjust their own strategic planning to further improve the marketing strategy to be able to ensure the steady growth in market share.This paper takes marketing strategy of large screen splicing system in Zhejiang market as the research object.Starting from the basic theory of marketing and using integrated analysis such as PEST,SWOT,STP,this paper clearly defines the position of A company in the market,internal management,current marketing situation and so on.Then,according to the general concept of 4R marketing,this paper constructs the whole process of customer marketing from different perspectives,such as product,price,channel,promotion,and after-sale service and realizes the management and control of marketing process for customers.Finally,customer experience managerial system framework has been put forward to change the current extensive mode of marketing and promote the marketing ability and level.
