The Study On The Rural Debt In Guangdong

With the gradual deepening of China's socialist new rural construction,various contradictions appear gradually restricting the development of the village community.The most important common one is rural debt problem,and it has become key issues in the constraints.The rural debt problem has constrained the development of the rural economy,affecting social stability in rural areas,the image of the government.The rural debt problems of 20 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province is more serious in recent years,there are more domestic research on rural debt issues and have some achievement.But for the surveys and studies of Guangdong Province,and their respective regional rural debt is relatively weak,and investigation services analysis and Guangdong Province to resolve debt problems at the village level has important practical significance.Investigation of rural debt situation in Guangdong Province,the paper had an in-depth discussion and analysis of rural debt problems and their causes,and on this basis to propose appropriate solutions.Mainly covers the following aspects:(1)Investigation on Current Situation rural debt of Guangdong Province.Questionnaire and visited discussion are used to study about rural debt problems of the 36 research villages to conduct research.The research results are depth expanded and data analysis are done at the same time.(2)On the basis of the research results and analysis,it is found that the rural debt problems identify the causes of Guangdong Province,rural debt problems.(3)Using the Feedback information and the relevant risk indicators analysis village debt risk,and build warning mechanism of rural debt.(4)Rural-debt counter measures:Learn from the advanced experience of the relevant regions of China to resolve the rural debt,Guangdong Province,the status and characteristics of the rural debt,and explore effective countermeasures to resolve.This paper plays a strong theoretical guidance and practical role in promoting Guangdong Province,the rural debt problems to resolve,at the same time actively prevent and governance of rural debt risk,maintaining social stability in rural areas,promote the rural collective economic development,building a harmonious society also has an important and reality of the role.
