This thesis is how the tobacco companies to improve customer satisfaction increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the monopoly system.Only through customer satisfaction measurement and analysis,companies can understand and grasp customer needs and expectations,based on the existing grasp of the real situation,companies can find a gap in the business and customer satisfaction targets key areas,thus further improve business.The research process through customer relationship management theory,customer satisfaction theory is based on the basis of Hengyang retail customers survey on the tobacco market,on research obtained a detailed analysis of the information to understand the customer's situation and the presence of tobacco companies are not satisfied satisfaction aspect,and thus countermeasures and suggestions will be taken to elicit Hengyang tobacco Company on the basis of customer satisfaction.First through research to find the presence of Hengyang tobacco company's customer satisfaction point of view on the issue,the main problem with order delivery problems,product management,customer relations,profitability issues.According to analysis of the problem,given countermeasures,including increased with order delivery service quality,strengthen product management,strengthen the tobacco market and standardize management,customer relationship management at night to enhance value-added and other retail customers.Finally,appropriate safeguards to ensure that the policy set forth above can be successfully implemented,including retail customers to establish a correct concept of improving the quality of the marketing team,improve information systems,strengthen corporate culture and so on.Based on the Hengyang tobacco retail customer satisfaction expand research and evaluation,analyzes Hengyang tobacco in retail customer service problems and thus propose the corresponding countermeasures,hoping for Hengyang tobacco companies to improve customer satisfaction,and thus to achieve the work level to provide theoretical guidance.
