Project Management Improvement Research Of XEMC New Wind Turbine Product Development

Wind power as an important part of the national new energy strategy,with its huge volume contains,the smaller the cost and pollution,to give priority to the development of renewable and clean energy,the rapid emergence of a lot of wind power manufacturers.Domestic wind turbine shorter development time,most of the technology introduced relies on foreign companies.It is clearly that applicable to domestic wind farm products must rely on product development in order to launch quickly master the core technology for domestic manufacturing to reduce product costs to improve the company's competitiveness.This paper use the ideas and methods of project management to research,design,improve and implement the new product development,in order to solve the problems such as long cycle process,low success rate in a the product.This paper studies the industry circumstances and the enterprise situation of the wind turbine new product development project and feasibility analysis with financial management.The paper introduces WBS,Responsibility Matrix,Milestone and PERT,Resource Load and Earned Value,Quality Plan and FMEA method to design the nine links such as range,progress,costs,quality,communicate and purchase in this project.It's effectively to supervise risks in the five steps to start,plan,implement,control and ending with project experience.At the same while,this paper references the mode of Integrated Product Development and concurrent engineering to reform the R & D flow used before.It also supports by PDM and ERP systems to improve the efficiency and success ratio.Through this project design and management applications,Xiangtan Electric Manufactory Company clears objectives and organization,saves progress and costs,controls quality and risks to ensure the implementation of product development.The improved project management completed the product development better than before;it also generated significant economic and social benefit.After that we review the problems and make the summary of this project,make it the standard and improvement of the next projects.
