The Research On Plan Management Of 1.5MW-CH Wind Turbine Project For X Company

With globalization of manufacturing industry,the process of project management in wind turbine manufacturing industry is getting more and more complicated.At the same time,the collaboration and integration is happening in enterprise strategy,business operation and other areas.In the condition of global competition getting stronger,product innovation is becoming the important way to enhance core competitiveness for a company.And a reasonable and thorough project management plan is the guarantee for the success of product innovation.As a famous manufacturer of wind turbine,with large scales and influence in China,Company X is expected to take the responsibility to further push national economical construction and scientific research innovation.According to our research,there are some problems in the project management of 1.5MW wind turbine,such as progress delays,cost overruns and quality control lack.The root reason is that some problems exist in project management plan.Based on the problems in project management of 1.5MW wind turbine,this research aims the project management plan of 1.5MW-CH wind turbine,and optimizes five important work of management plan,including the project goal,scope,organization structure,work structure and management plan.Through project evaluation in progress,cost and equity,this research also proves and summarizes how the optimizing helps the project management of 1.5MW-CH.This research involves several methods,i.e.,literature research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,etc.Besides,the research follows the process of problems finding,causes analyzing,management optimizing and effect verification.The results show that the project management of 1.5MW-CH is improved by the optimizing methods we present for management plan.It indicates the value of the optimizing methods and shows that this research achieved the expected target.
