Culture has supremacy over the administration.With the organizational assessment tool-Opposition value framework theory which came from Professor Kim.S Cameron and Professor Robert.E.Quinn of Michigan University,the article analyzed corporate culture of the R group and conducted empirical research as well as the inventory of achievement around the creation and sustain of the corporate culture.For demonstrating the validity and reliability of Opposition value framework theory and providing one set of practical and convenient assessment tools for acquainting the corporate culture as same as revealing the essence of corporate administration.From the comparative analysis of cultural researched at current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign enterprises,we have seen the rare advantage of Opposition value framework theory for studying the corporate culture.The theory given reflect the reality and ideal state with the digitals and images,by means of analyzations of the corporation culture types and the various core elements of the difference between reality and the ideal state,the article found the problems by making accurately diagnose for the corporate culture and provide solution for the problems.The empirical research of the article is divided into three steps:Firstly,making deep research of the current situation for R Group corporate culture.From the founder's philosophy,the socialization of new employees and the concept level,behavioral level,material level and other aspects,the article inventory the corporate culture,generally perceive and identify the R Group corporate culture;Secondly,using the Opposition value framework theory to analyze the R Group corporate culture with diagnostic analysis;Finally,corroborating the results of these two aspects.On the above basis,applying the diagnostic analysis results of the R Group's corporate culture to provides specific recommendations for maintaining corporate culture.Practices has proved that the value of the Opposition value framework theory is reliable,convenient and practical tool for diagnostic evaluation of corporate culture,is important research tools and methods for recognizing,management and studying of the corporate culture.The establishment and maintaining of the corporate culture is a long term and difficult task,not only because of the strong stability of the corporate culture,but also it is not easy to identify the development direction of the corporate culture.The research revealed that with Opposition value framework theory can easily identify the type of corporate culture and the development direction of the corporate culture together with the specific path of updating and maintaining the corporate culture.The research also revealed that there is no good type and bad type of corporate culture,we could only say if the type suit the internal and external environment of corporate or not,the successful of corporate is a creation of harmonious process between the internal and external.In addition,the research also summed up specific methods and measures of the establishment and maintaining of the corporate culture,for instance:inventory culture,proceed with interviews;update culture,start with details;create culture,proceed with the procedure;maintain cultures,proceed with story;development culture,proceed with leadership.
