| Nowadays electricity usage is growing as the economic development of China.At the same time the service provided by electricity enterprise is required to be consistent improving by public consumers and the government policy named reform of electric power system.In this situation,HK Power Supply Bureau,which is a major power supply bureaus of the China Southern Power Grid,Hainan Power Grid Corporation,is facing huge opportunities but also new challenges via marketing environment changing.Therefore,designing a series of scientific,effective,efficient strategies and mechanisms,that can improve the service level and meet the requirements of customers,is a priority problem of HK Power Supply Bureau.This article is base on the satisfaction theory.questionnaires consulting is provided as a method to collect relevant information about the current customers'satisfaction.The paper is going to analysis the data of HK power supply bureau's customer satisfaction 2012 and 2013 and identified the major problems of HK power supply bureau.After that some recommendations are going to provided to help developing an improving strategies under management level that enrich the power supply enterprises' research strategy and achieving the purpose of improving economic performance.It aims to provide a beneficial reference for the future development of power supply enterprise.power supply enterprise customer satisfaction assessment is not only benefiting the consumer relationship building but also evaluating the the current production and current service.It identifies the demand of the market and located the insufficient production and service of the bureau.It helps the bureau to build a improved production and service to gain more benefit.This paper dedicates to improve service quality in practical level. |
