| Public transport services is closely related to people's everyday life.Economic and social development in our province will enter a new historical stage during the twelfth “five-year plan " period.Transportation will also enter a new development period.We should speed up the construction of transport infrastructure network,raise the level of transportation service,strengthen maintenance management,strengthen the scientific and technological progress and information construction,build a green traffic system,improve the support capability of safety and emergency,promote the industry construction of spiritual civilization and improve the soft power of industry development and so on during the twelfth “five-year plan”.During the twelfth “five-year" period,we will build a well-off society in an all-round way in Jiangsu province and realize modernization during the basic key period.It is also an important period of deepening reform and opening up and promoting the transformation of the pattern of economic development.Public transportation is the important foundation of the national economic and social development.To build open efficient,safe green integrated comprehensive transportation system is the important measures to implement the scientific concept of development and it is the inevitable requirement of our province to realize the "two leadings".We should stick to pay attention to the fair and push traffic integration of public service to ensure the mass base of social management.It is also an important key of promoting the innovation of social management of our transportation department and carrying out the twelfth “five-year" development planning transportation.We should strengthen the government public service function and the transportation department's dominance of providing basic public services in order to promote traffic integration of public service step by step.It is based on relevant literatures and field investigation.The paper analyzes the current situation of urban public transport services in Jiangsu province.It absorbs and draws lessons from the experience of the construction of public transport services in developed countries to advance the urban public traffic service integration of Jiangsu.We hope to give some valuable reference of city public traffic service integration of Jiangsu. |
