With the Chinese economy has entered a new norm,enterprises generally encountered difficult problems of growth,The appliances are the end of the retail industry for over 10 years of the golden period of development,for the first time the slowdown situation,small and medium-sized home appliance chain enterprises have to shrink,change jobs or go bankrupt.It is in this context,the choice of Changsha Tongcheng electric chain Company(here in referred to as Dolton electric company)the project management strategy research,hope to development of home appliance retail industry in the chain deal with the new normal,with the mobile Internet have some inspiration and reference.Study on enterprise strategic management by applying this theory,in Tongcheng electric company as the research object,the existing management environment of the enterprise,including the macro environment and micro environment were comprehensively analyzed,and through market investigation and enterprise data collection,operating status of the enterprise,the resources,core competence,corporate culture assessment,to find out the development characteristics and problems.In the internal and external environment for the development of enterprises,further using SWOT analysis tools to find out Dolton electric company's strengths and weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and appropriate strategic choice,and develop the company's strategic objectives and overall business strategy.At the same time the implementation strategy of the strategy set,in order to ensure the effective implementation of business strategy of Dolton electric companys ltd..This paper uses the latest data to demonstrate,hope to provide some references for the home appliance retail chain enterprise management transformation.
