Credit is a bridge that maintains the economic and social relations,a sound credit system is the prerequisite and basis for the effective operation of the financial and economic markets.The more developed market economy requires improving the credit system.US establish a sound and effective system.American credit reporting system at different stages of social and economic development reflects the operating characteristics,and with the development of social and economic changes in the US and showing a different rule.This thesis will be the global credit system,the most advanced and efficient of the American credit system as object of analysis.At different stages of historical development,research and development of the US credit system evolution process,analyze Exploring the American Credit System Change regularity,and thus make appropriate recommendations on the development and prospects of the future trend of China's credit system.The thesis is divided into six parts: Part I: Introduction: The entire section involves research background and significance,research status on credit Analysis.Part II: The basic theory and overview.Relationship involving credit definition and content,theory,faith,credit and credit among;respectively from asymmetric information,transaction costs.Part III: Through the history of the US credit system,were studied.The development system is divided into four stages: the initial development period,legislative norms period,merger integration period,mature development period.Part IV: Analysis of the US credit system evolution factors.Changes to analyze the development of the credit system in the United States in terms of economic,cultural attitudes,law and science and technology.Part V: Analysis of current development by the United States related to the system.Summed up the credit market segment,its own unique characteristics relevant US system.Part VI: the experience of the US credit system,the proposed analysis,credit and self-discipline for the Chinese policy of credit system make policy recommendations.
