Study And Design Of Gansu Unicorn's Value-added Service Lottery Sales System

With the rapid development of our social economy,the mobile Internet and the third generation mobile communication network are popularized and the related industries are also rapidly developed as well as various telecom operators are to facilitate the construction of the fourth generation mobile communication network quickly.At the same time with the rise of the cloud computing,Internet of things,such as 020 new technology applications and the whole communication industry's transformation and development,there are more choices provided to build a new situation of the global communications industry.As the communications industry is increasingly fierce in competition environment,it is necessary that each telecom operator is required to have very strong sensitivity and make a timely response when its competitors launch new business while each telecom operator is required to upgrade competitiveness and promote corporate benefit maximization through the value-added products of high quality and its differentiation so that customers can get more information and wonderful life of the masses.In this paper,the author firstly analyze the Chinese lottery sales market,the mobile Internet and current situation of the development about mobile payment business,lottery business competition and the business development strategy.And secondly the author investigates and analyzes the present situation of Gansu Unicorn's value-added business and the existing problems,mainly including service content homogeneity,value-added business r&d spending less,disconnect between business development and user demand,lack of competitiveness,and low market share and so on.In order to solve the problem,we make every effort to create high quality good lottery sales business,to improve the Gansu Unicom value-added service system and to expand the Gansu Unicom's value-added business space.On the basis of analyzing the feasibility of lottery sales system,the author proposed the design researches in operation mode,system maintenance and security aspects about Gansu Unicom's value-added business composition of lottery sales system.Finally,in this paper the author find that it can produce significant benefits after the Gansu Unicom's value-added business lottery sales system being used.This system efficiently combined with Unicom users,realizing user ARPU value promotion and increasing revenue and profit growth.
