In recent years, the lottery industry has been developed very fast. The lottery industry is not only the most important part of residents’entertainment consumption, we also can’t negelect in both sports industry and national economic development. It helps the country increase taxes, also makes the lottery buyers and government are both winnners. With the development of the lottery industry, more and more people join the ranks that sale lotteries. Many scloars believe that salesman’s behavior can affect the sales result, but very few articles concerned to lottery mentioned this idea. At the same time the lottery management depatment emphasis how to improve the salesmen’s quality. In this condition research the relationship between salesman’s behavior and sales result is meaningful.Based on inspection of the literature associated with selling activities at home and abroad, This article put forward five dimensions about professionalism, hard work, adaptability sales, communication, the storefront image as a measure of the sales behavior. In addition, because fixed location of the lottery sales, we take location into account, which to some extent makes the sales results related to the location. So we put location and other sales behavioral indicators as the subsequent BP neural network input. At the same time, this paper uses the methods of mathematical statistics to test index system reliability, validity to make the index system more scientific and rational.According to the lottery sales personnel behavior evaluation index system. In this paper, we use principal component analysis and BP neural network method to establish model. and confirme the effectiveness of the network model on the established network training and simulation by using MATLAB software.In order to further investigate the impact of sales behavior on sales results, sensitivity analysis of various factors would be held. We found that, the mean value of the corresponding output of the network when professionalism, hard work, the adaptability sales, communication, and store the image around its mean fluctuations is higher than the output of the network when each variable were all mean. But for location, the mean is essentially flat. In these six indicators, the standard deviation of the size of the network output caused by the fluctuations of the variable as follows:communication, adaptability sales, store image, hard work, professionalism and location. Finally, we put forward the corresponding measures and means to enhance the behavior of the first-line lottery sales staff in order to achieve the ultimate purpose of improving sales performance.
