Enterprise is the mainstay of the market participants, and its production andbusiness activities must be profit-oriented. Market-oriented enterprises can be betterin achieving profits. food safety problem, the problem of environmental pollution, andthe gap between the rich and the poor, let us realize that the enterprise should not onlyachieve profits, but also meet the interests of stakeholders, and undertakecorresponding social responsibilities. Corporates' undertaking social responsibilitieshas become a powerful international trend, and has aroused wide attention from allsectors of society. This requires that the enterprises of our country should follow theinternational trend to fulfill their social responsibilities.Experts and scholars study from different aspects social responsibilities ofenterprises; however, there are few analysis on the influences of market orientation oncorporate social responsibilities. In this thesis, the market orientation is divided intocustomer orientation, competitor orientation, and coordination of functions. In view ofthis phenomenon, this article will analysis them from the perspective of theirrelationship.In this study, some domestic enterprises are the research object, and e-mailquestionnaire the main method while spot investigation auxiliary method. Afterundergoing a rigorous selection, the writer of the thesis collected a total of178validquestionnaires and used SPSS17statistical analysis tools for further analysis.Conclusions are as follows: market orientation has significantly positive correlationwith corporate social responsibilities.The study result indicate that market orientation has a significant influence oncorporate social responsibility, and all three cultural dimensions have positive impacton of corporate social responsibility, inter-departmental resources have moresignificant impact than simply integrate customer orientation and competitororientation on corporate social responsibility; enterprises is responsible for to theirsocial responsibility actively from the different stakeholders, which will help theinterests of corporations and shareholders, suppliers, employees, consumers,communities and other stakeholders to establish a good relationship and to promoteenterprise development. Meanwhile, the study also has some shortcomings, such as nomore variables to consider, such as changes in the market environment and performscience and technology, the degree of competition, the company's growth cycle, sowill the size of the enterprise corporate social responsibility; it should consider more market orientation and corporate social responsibility indicators factor; This paperconcludes and Proposal with research prospects, market-oriented enterprisesconcerned about the interests of different stakeholders will establish a good corporateimage and reputation, but also help our country to build a harmonious society.
