Research On Relative Effectiveness Evaluation And Improvement Of Guangxi Regional Logistics Based On DEA-DFM Model

In recent years, with the continuous development of information technology, thetrend of economic globalization, social division of labor has become more and moredelicate. The logistics industry as the third industry arises at the historic moment.Logistics industry as lubricant of social and economic development, and eventuallymake the industry more closely. Regional logistics and regional economy is themutual promotion between each other. Regional economy is the premise andfoundation of regional logistics development, regional logistics and to promote thedevelopment of regional economy. Regional logistics is a multiple input multipleoutput system, how to introduce the soft environment and the good environmentfactors combined, set up perfect evaluation index system for the relative effectivenessof regional logistics and regional logistics through the quantitative evaluation on therelative effectiveness of relatively ineffective decision making units. Man's subjectivefactors are introduced to take practical measures to improvement and optimization ofrelatively ineffective decision making units is a need to solve the problem.Based on the above analysis, firstly, this article introduce the soft environmentfactors and combining can be directly quantified weak environment factor, thecombination of establishing evaluation index system of regional logistics of relativeeffectiveness; Secondly, using the data envelopment analysis(DEA) method to therelative deficiency of regional logistics effectiveness evaluation, DEA-DFM modelwas constructed to improve the relative invalid administrative; Two–way tolerance isintroduced in the end, to improve the evaluation and improvement of relativeinefficiencies, the mathematical model of decision making units, and then use geneticalgorithm to solve the model. The final model was established based on the abovestudy to evaluate the relative effectiveness of Guangxi regional logistics, combinedwith the actual situation of Guangxi regional logistics development correspondingimprovement measures are presented.
