Research On Performance Of The Growth Of SMEs Based On Entropy And Dissipative Structure Theory

In the21st century, with the rapid development of technology, networks, enterprises are facingunprecedented environmental change and instability, companies are in low survival rate. Especiallywith the backbone of our national economic development of SMEs, there also have a severe collapsewave. How to solve the problem of growth of SMEs has become a focus of academic research.Business growth performance, not only from the effective use of its owned resources, but also fromthe external environment which provide favorable conditions and opportunities. Build a growthperformance appraisal system from the inside and outside two aspects to consider SMEs growthperformance,then provide a comprehensive look at the advantages and disadvantages of theSMEs,then, a scientific basis for the development of future strategic business decisions for Businessowners become very necessary.At the same time,it's a method to solve the problem of short-lived ofSMEs.Firstly, from the internal and external factors affecting the growth performance of SMEs, wedesigned questionnaire based on the previous researcher studies,and then through questionnaires andexpert scoring methods, evaluation and measurement of the degree of importance of each factor,fanaly we get23key factors affecting the growth performance of SMEs, then combine wih theprinciples of constructing evaluation index system, established a performance evaluation system forSMEs, laid the foundation for the growth of SMEs final performance evaluation.Secondly, in the evaluation of the growth performance of SMEs,application of thermodynamicsentropy theory, and defined the positive and negative entropy of enterprises. The confusion and thelack of management capacity within the enterprise are the major source of positive entropy, and thechanges in the external environment is the main enterprise produces negative entropy source.Deduced positive entropy enterprises and negative entropy calculation methods, in order to establisha performance evaluation model the growth of SMEs.Finally, select a Medical Group for empirical object, calculate positive entropy and negativeentropy, to make judgments on the empirical object whether it will become dissipative structures,and based on the entropy theory perspective, to make recommendations on the future development ofthe company. In this paper, based on the entropy and dissipative structure perspective, carried out anew study on the groth performance of SMEs.
