Marketing theory with the competition in the telecommunications industry toupgrade the application has become important, take a more important strategicposition. As China's large state-owned telecommunications companies China Telecom,China Mobile and China Unicom with two competitors race, the ability to effectivelyuse marketing theory and marketing strategies adopted to enhance the scientificenterprise competitiveness is very important.This article elaborates the subject article to choose a background and significance,and from product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and channel strategyfor four dimensions were summarized, the existing research on the basis of the hunantelecommunications mobile terminal business market and marketing strategy of thein-depth analysis, including hunan telecommunications mobile business and mobileterminal to hunan telecommunications development status and mobile terminaloperations, through the analysis of SWOT analysis form the marketing strategyimprovement ideas, ready for follow-up study. Then from product strategy, pricestrategy, distribution strategy and marketing strategy of four dimensions of hunantelecommunications mobile terminal business marketing strategy innovation, this paperdeeply the dimensions are introduced first is the strategy, on the basis of understandingthe strategy of hunan telecommunications current strategy, then based on analyzing theoperation of the actual situation of hunan telecommunications various strategies of thecorresponding innovation.
