The competition among enterprises is the competition for talents to the end. Inthe progress of globalization and intelligence economy, the management ofenterprises is focused on the management of human resources. The salary system isthe key issue of personnel management as well as fundamental incentive system forenterprises. They are key parts for the strategy of human resources management thatwe need to establish scientific salary system, make employees more active andcreative, attract and reserve excellent employees for the development of enterprises.Combined with the trends of the development of salary management, this thesisapplies the modern theory of salary design to analyze problems of salary in AsimcoNanyue Company. The thesis also points out the necessity of improving salary systemin this company. Under the principle of fairness, competitiveness, encouragement,strategic orientation and flexibility, we analyze our work, posts and investigate thesalary system. Based on these analysis and investigation, we bring out the optimizedplan of salary system for management level, logistics employees, engineers andtechnicians. In this plan, salary is fixed by the value of working post. Under system ofperformance appraisal, the salary is decided by employee's performance. This planalso attaches importance to the evaluation of capability in various posts. The level ofsalary depends on core posts and employees having strong ability. By reschedulinggrade table of enterprise salary system, strengthening the structure and gradation insalary system, broadening the range of salary in all posts and by combing career playof employees with salary system, this plan will leave sufficient space for employees'development. Last but not the least, the thesis provide the protective measures forimprovement of plan in five points, such as organization and construction of systemetc.
