| Performance management is an important part of business management. Effectiveperformance evaluation is good for enterprise's development. However, nowadaysmany enterprises only evaluate their performance by financial metrics, which ignoresthe operating process. Through reviewing researches about performance evaluation,this paper finds that the balanced score card is an effective method to evaluateperformance. At the same time, some companies have begun to use the balanced scorecard to evaluate their performance, but the effects are not apparent. As a result,according to the situation of companies and our country, this paper hopes to establishlocalized BSC-based performance evaluation system.Choosing Yueyang public power electromagnetic company as our object of study,through the company's performance evaluation, combined with the strategy of theenterprise, the enterprise environment, designed for the company based on theBalanced Scorecard performance evaluation system. Applying the balanced scorecardmethod, comprehensive analysis introduces the appraisal system establishment andimplementation of the whole process. Start from the theory of performance appraisalsystem is introduced, analyzed the company assessment indices and decomposition,performance responsibility subject and system guarantee, performance appraisalimplementation steps, performance communication, performance evaluation,performance interviews and feedback, assessment system improvement and resultssuch as cash. On the guidance of enterprise performance appraisal systemestablishment and implementation has some guiding significance. |
