Vision is one of the most important perception modes for fire rescue robots.The fundamental purpose of the research on the visual attention mechanism of fire rescue robots is to simulate the processing mechanism of the human visual system.Fire rescue robots are used rather than firefighters for fire identification and rescue.With the frequency of natural disasters and fires,the research and manufacture of fire rescue robots have gradually aroused attention.The visual attention mechanism is an important mechanism to ensure the efficient operation of the robot vision system.It has important reference value for how to quickly distinguish target areas from a large amount of image data in robot vision image processing.The main purpose of this paper is to explore the application of the visual attention mechanism of fire rescue robots in fire image processing from the perspective of human visual attention mechanism bionics so as to establish a set of efficient visual attention mechanism models and algorithms.The article firstly introduces the compositions of the fire rescue robot vision system,designs the overall algorithm and model scheme according to the requirements of vision system processing and the current working environment.Besides,the paper describes and verifies the method selection basis,main functions and implementation methods and steps.The fire image segmentation module in visual image processing aims at the problems of over-segmentation and incomplete segmentation of the fire image.Through using the edge detection operator,threshold segmentation method,and region segmentation method,image segmentation experiments are performed.By comparing the experimental results of various image segmentation algorithms,the optimal processing method is selected.In order to obtain a clear outline of the target fire image combined with the visual attention mechanism,the image defogging technology based on histogram optimization and the dark channel prior method are used to enhance the detection and smoke removal of the image so as to solve the smoke interference and fog in the fire rescue environment.Inorder to obtain the contour edge trajectory of the flame in the fire image,a multi-scale morphological method is used to capture and display the flame spread trajectory.For example,based on the complexity of the working environment of the microwave equipment,it is proposed to use the image processing technology to build a fire pre-alarm model of the microwave equipment and conduct simulation experiments and user interface design.For the problem of delayed fire rescue caused by the spread of fire,a cellular automaton is used to simulate the actual fire spread process,which realizes the prediction of the fire spread trend and assists the fire rescue robot to make fire fighting and rescue decisions.The experimental simulation results show that each step of the algorithm of the visual attention mechanism algorithm model selected above achieves the effect of processing the fire image through the simulation of the algorithm program,and realizes the purpose of applying the visual attention mechanism in the fire rescue robot vision system to process the flame image.
