In this paper,through the combination of theory and practice,my graduation project,the education simulation game "My cabin and I" is designed and developed in combination with the imagery communication psychological consultation and treatment technique.The main target players is the players with anxiety,the goal of the game is to alleviate the bad mood of the players imperceptibly.The project uses game atmosphere,plot planning and other game characteristics to simulate the specific operation of imagery communication psychotherapy,and virtual reality technology to improve the sense of immersion in the game,and improve the performance of imagery communication psychotherapy for anxiety relief.In order to evaluate the effect of the project."My cabin and I" use models to simulate the important image representatives in image dialogue technology by Maya,with unity3 d game engine to make game scenes,with C# programming language to build a framework,plan image interaction scenarios and modify the details of the game through timely feedback,at the same time,players can experience the charm of education simulation game immersively through hardware devices such as virtual reality helmets,etc.To achieve the purpose of imperceptibly relieving psychological anxiety."My cabin and I" made relevant questionnaires,and launched steam game platform on December 21,2018 and collected players' feedback.This paper introduces the design and development process of the simulated imagery communication psychotherapy of nurturing games in detail,aiming at alleviating the anxiety of players and evaluating the feasibility of the project,which will help the future research direction of the game industry combined with psychological counseling in China,and provide a certain guidance for the development of virtual reality technology.
