In recent years,with the vigorous development of China's economy and people's increasing emphasis on personalized travel needs,customized tourism modes have emerged.When Ctrip launched its customized tourism business,it was discovered that customers often encounter various emergencies during the journey of traveling alone according to customized plans.To this end,Ctrip has launched a special steward service,which is designed to help customers in travel to confirm the itinerary and solve the problem.However,the current lack of system support for the service has led to many problems such as non-standard processes,error-prone services,and missing service data.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a steward system to solve these problems.This thesis expounds the project background of steward system,briefly describes the current state of research and applications at home and abroad,and provides an overview of related technologies such as Dubbo framework,QMQ message queue,Spring Boot framework,My Batis framework,Sharding JDBC framework.The thesis designs the business process,defines the system boundaries,analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements in detail,and extracts the three functions of customer need management,chat message management and schedule notification management.On this basis,the thesis combines the idea of microservices architecture and outlines the system design by means of architecture design,functional composition design,communication design,deployment design,database design and other methods.The thesis divides the system into four microservice modules: basic communication service,customer need service,chat message service,schedule notification service.Through class diagrams,sequence diagrams and other methods,the above microservice modules are designed in detail,and the implementation is given,and system test is carried out.The system has been put into practical use.Since going online,the system has provided good feedback and effectively solved the business dilemma of the itinerary execution stage.According to incomplete statistics,the user's praise rate increased by 7%,and the service staff's work efficiency increased by 10%,which achieved a win-win situation for customers and the company.
