| Facing the increasing digital transformation needs of traditional enterprises,IT consulting companies make good use of modular design and development models to meet the diverse needs of customers and achieve rapid project delivery. At the same time, the modular division of labor within the IT consulting project team has resulted in coordination among members becoming the key to driving the project process and improving project completion performance. Therefore,on the one hand, team members need to use their professional knowledge to complete the design of independent modules,on the other hand, they must effectively coordinate with other members to achieve the docking of each module.Under the limited project period and resources, how to rationally allocate resources to the two behaviors is particularly important for the IT consulting project team, but the existing relevant research is less based on the process perspective to explore the dynamic resource investment decision-making of the project team. This article takes the IT consulting project team of the application service department of Company D as the research object, and has a deep understanding of the IT consulting project development process. It is found that the relationship between the team members' tasks and the project process have an impact on the task coordination resource investment decision.Through relevant literature combing and analysis, modular division of labor leads to the interdependence between members' tasks.Members can form the knowledge required by the "interface" through knowledge coordination during the project, and the construction of learning mechanisms is an important way to achieve knowledge coordination.Drawing on the research achievements of team learning, individual learning and collaborative learning can form the "kernel knowledge" and "interface knowledge" of the modules, respectively, which leads to the growth of knowledge.Based on this, this article builds an IT consulting project team member learning optimal control model, and summarizes the optimal learning strategy in four scenarios from the three perspectives of learning termination point, center of gravity transition point and investment intensity. Finally, based on the situation of company D,the corresponding optimal learning strategy is matched, and numerical analysis is carried out through R language to propose improvement countermeasures from the aspects of resource integration and communication and coordination. This paper emphasizes that the essence of coordination among IT consulting project team members based on modular division of labor is knowledge coordination.By building an optimal control model,an optimal learning strategy based on different scenarios is proposed, which is expected to be of some reference significance to the management of IT consulting project team by company D and other enterprises. |
