The development of mobile communication technology is rapid and people's network requirements are increasing,Ultra-Dense Network(UDN)has received more attention.Ultra-dense networks deploy much low power nodes(LPN)to improve user experience, network capacity and spectrum efficiency, but they also bring many serious network energy consumption issues. In order to solve the problem, this paper starts work from base station energy efficiency.First, related research has been done on the ultra-dense network technology, introduced the architecture and application scenarios of the ultra-dense network, and two base station sleep algorithms.Aiming at the high energy consumption of the base station in the ultra-dense network,a paper is proposed.A centralized base station sleep algorithm based on non-neighbor cell clustering. The simulation results show that the sleep algorithm has good network performance. In order to reduce system energy consumption as much as possible while ensuring user quality of service(Qo S),a semi-distributed base station sleep technology is proposed.System-level simulation shows that the semi-distributed sleep technology proposed in this paper can reduce energy consumption by anaverage of 13% compared with non-sleep technology, and its throughput rate can be improved by an average of 9%.
