Pallet is an essential foundation of logistics and transportation industry.Traditional pallet is not related to computer technology except for convenient transportation of goods.At present,the positioning technology has developed rapidly,and the accuracy has been greatly improved.If we can get the location of the pallet in actual use,so as to know the location of the goods on the pallet,we can further manage the goods,know the location and status of the pallet,so as to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation.At present,in order to develop their business better,many pallet rental companies hope that their pallets are more intelligent,convenient to view and manage.Therefore,this paper constructs a set of intelligent tray positioning system.By using GPS positioning technology and base station positioning technology,the positioning system skills can be located indoors and outdoors.This paper will build three sub-systems to constitute the intelligent pallet positioning system.1.Design and implementation of hardware positioning systemThe hardware system is developed based on STM32 single chip microcomputer.By using GPS positioning technology and base station positioning technology,the system can obtain positioning data indoors and outdoors by designing a reasonable positioning strategy.2.Management platform system design and implementationThe management platform is developed based on Django framework.The management platform has the functions of user login,viewing pallet location,statistics pallet information,viewing pallet status,3.Optimization of clustering algorithmBecause of the low accuracy of base station positioning,and because of the intensive use of pallets,the density based clustering algorithm can be used to optimize the base station positioning data.This paper will design optimization system,from data preprocessing,clustering optimization,result processing to achieve one by one.
