Research And Design Of WeChat Contacts Management Based On The Type And Intensity Of Interpersonal Relationship

With the development of social networking,We Chat has already developed from an instant messaging software to a comprehensive social platform.However,with the expansion of service scope and usage scenarios,a large number of temporary and weak relationships erode the acquaintance social network built on the basis of strong relationship in We Chat.The increasing number of contacts does not bring users a higher social experience,the existing contact management methods can no longer meet the needs of users to effectively distinguish and manage contacts.This paper takes the establishment of labeled contact management methods as the design goal,and takes the relationship type and relationship strength between users and contacts as the basis to distinguish different relationships.Based on the theory research and data analysis,We Chat contacts are divided into five types according to the relationship types and three grades according to the relationship intensity,and then,a prediction model of contacts relationship type and relationship strength is established based on multiple user behavior indicators selected form user's social behavior within their contacts.The data of relationship type and relationship strength judgment and user behavior indicators within 3 months are obtained through experiments.11 user behavior indicators with better prediction effect are selected by multivariate analysis of variance and optimal scale analysis.Then,the prediction models for relationship type and relationship strength are by discriminant analysis and binomial logistic analysis.Finally,according to the research results,a systematic optimal design of We Chat tagging function is carried out,established a contact tagging group management mode based on user behavior indicators to automatically recommend contacts tag by relationship type and strength,and on this basis,Optimized the display mode of contacts group,batch management and privacy setting mode of contacts.It provides a feasible design scheme for the improvement of We Chat contact management,and also provides a direction for the contact management design of social networking.
