Harmonic drive(HD)is widely used in the manufacturing industry due to its small size,large transmission ratio,high transmission accuracy,strong load carrying capacity and many other advantages.As a key component in the HD,the performance of the flexspline(FS)directly determines the meshing performance of the HD.This thesis aims to improve the fatigue life of the FS in the HD and accelerate its optimization design cycle.It adopts a plug-in method to realize the full process development of modeling and simulation,and uses the ANSYS ACT platform for secondary development to reached the result of automatic modeling and automatic addition of finite element analysis process.After nearly three years of efforts,the following have been accomplished.(1)According to the plane kinematics and related standards of the HD,taking 25-80 hat type HD as the research object,on the basis of the double-wave ellipse generator,the doublecircular-arc tooth profile(DCP)of the FS is designed,and according to the principle of conjugation,the matching tooth profile of circular spline(CS)is designed.(2)The structure of CS,FS and wave generator of 25-80 hat type HD is designed,the tooth surface wear of the FS is verified,and the fatigue strength of the FS is checked according to the thin shell theory.(3)Using Space Claim modeling software,the 3D accurate modeling of the tooth shape of the FS,CS,wave generator and flexible bearing in the 25-80 hat type HD is completed.The static structural analysis of the HD components was carried out under no-load state,and the mechanical transient analysis of the meshing process of the HD under the load state was carried out.The deformation and stress distribution of the FS under no-load and load conditions are compared and analyzed.(4)Based on the above analysis results,using the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory and the rain flow method,the fatigue characteristics and maximum damage points of the FS were analyzed under the conditions of input speed 2000 r / min and rated torque 82 N · m,and the fatigue life of the FS has been verified by experiments.(5)Based on the ANSYS ACT platform,using the Iron Python language,a plug-in HD simulation platform was developed,which can realize the creation of the material and the 3D parametric model of the HD,and the interactive simulation in the finite element analysis process through the plug-in user interface Simulation results adjust data in real time to make optimization.After the above work,this thesis realizes the whole analysis process from modeling,simulation to fatigue calculation,and develops a plug-in HD simulation platform to realize the whole process development and design,which lays a foundation for the design,analysis and optimization of accelerating HD.
