With the arrival of the era of big data,all the industries concern the analysis and friendly display of complex and disordered data.Data visualization is a kind of technology that displays data clearly and systematically in the way of charts,graphs or interactive display and so on with the reference of certain rules and corresponding characteristics of different types of data.Visualization technologies also has the method of displaying data with dynamic effects,such as animation,in order to better highlight the changing trend of the data and the internal relationship between them.How to visualize different types of time-varying air quality data for giving efficient and accurate prediction of data's regularity is the focus of this thesis.For image data,using computer vision technology to process them for visualization is a kind of work which is worth exploring.In recent years,deep learning model makes great progress in the field of machine learning.This thesis discusses the combination of computer vision and deep learning models for data visualization.This thesis utilizes image registration algorithm,image blurring algorithm and deep learning model called generative adversarial network for data visualization.Through the analysis of image registration algorithm and image blur processing algorithm,this thesis designs a scheme of generating dynamic time-lapse videos based on static discrete images,and verifies the effect of multi-stage dynamic generative adversarial network model.In addition,this thesis also combines web technology to realize the visualization of text data with animation effects by ranking a large amount of air quality data of multiple regions within a certain time interval and dynamically displaying the results and changes.What's more,it designs static statistical charts for displaying the comparison of text data and their respective trends.The multi-mode visualization system described in the thesis realizes the dynamic visual display of static discrete image data.It reproduces the air quality changes of a site over a period of time and makes up for the non-continuous and one-sided deficiencies of a single discrete image display.The system also realizes the visual display of dynamic and static modes of air quality text data,completing the intuitive and clear presentation of different types of data.
