The most powerful educational tool is interactive visualization platform. The external facilitated development of knowledge is education. And this development influence can take many forms include TV Shows, article, textbook, teacher, TV programs etc. The purpose of educational visualization is to facilitate learners to learn quality based knowledge by considering different factors i.e. intelligence, perception, prediction, class participation and cognitive learning etc. Visualization technology illustrates the various concepts in computer science field but especially in data structure. Visualization is a graphical tool which enhances the learning of various subjects in an easy way. In computer science, the visualization tools are mostly used in programming, algorithm animation, data visualization and data structure courses at education sector.The goal of this research is to study and experiment the cognitive effects of visualization and animations in learning different courses of education. And how the visualization improves and makes easy the learning process for all human being in different fields of life. Education has the explicit task in society of developing cognition. Despite the existence of a large body of research on visualization, computer graphics, simulation and animations there has been little known regarding how, where and when we should use what kind of visualization to help learning cognitively. Our study has explored the cognition effects in two aspects: The first is the psychological implications of visualization applied to educational purposes and successfully guide the learner to engage in cognitive processes essential for comprehension. The second aspect is prototyping an education visualization platform in which we just covered data structure and algorithm module that allows users directly and dynamically interact with this platform.Then we applied this prototype in real time environment like classroom and we got feedback from students through a questionnaire that how it improves their learning. Both these observations motivate a critical look at visualization to facilitate learning.This research describes the use of educational visualization platform. This platform facilitates students in learning especially data structure and algorithm. Drawing on a review of educational visualization platform effectiveness, it has been suggested taxonomy and metrics to assess the learning outcomes; based on this visualization effectiveness a platform has been presented and invites the computer science educator to collaborate with us for being study in this platform. This provides an easy way for learning different contents of data structure and algorithm; it would be have great impact on learning outcomes.
