With the rapid development of Internet + education,online learning is welcomed by the public.At the same time,a large number of online learning resources have emerged,but the quality of learning resources is difficult to control,which is not conducive to learner learning and directly affects the quality of online learning.Therefore,accurate analysis and improve of the quality of online learning resources are of great significance for improving user satisfaction and helping the long-term development of online learning platforms.In order to analyze the quality of online learning resources accurately,the paper uses K-means algorithm as the clustering algorithm of online learning resources based on the characteristics of the research content,and improves it according to the advantages and disadvantages of K-means algorithm.The paper applies the improved K-means algorithm to analyze the quality of online learning resources,and designs and implements an online learning resource quality analysis system.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Propose CWK-means algorithm.In the clustering process of K-means,some attributes affect the clustering result,and it is proposed to increase the weighting factor.The K-means algorithm is sensitive to the initial clustering center,and randomly selecting the initial clustering center may lead to the situation of local optimization,so a method of initial clustering center selection is proposed.Integrate these two improvements into the K-means algorithm,the K-means algorithm(known as CWK-means algorithm for short)based on the weight of the initial clustering center is proposed finally.The details of CWK-means algorithm idea as well as the steps will be introduced.Last but not least,the experiments prove that the accuracy of CWK-means algorithm in learning resource data set is about 7 percentage higher than the K-means algorithm.(2)An online learning resource quality analysis algorithm based on CWK-means is proposed.First of all,according to the characteristics and needs of online learning resource quality analysis,the learner model,Learner engagement model,the learning resource evaluation system,and the learning resource quality analysis model are established.Then the CWK-means algorithm is applied to the learning resource clustering.An online learning resource quality analysis method based on CWK-means is proposed.It is verified by experiments that the CWK-means-based online learning resource quality analysis algorithm has good practical application value in learning resource quality analysis.(3)The design and implementation of online learning resource quality analysis system are completed.Aiming at the requirements of the online learning resource quality analysis system,the thesis applies the online learning resource quality analysis algorithm based on CWK-means to the system.Through the design of framework,functions,and database of the system,and using existing technology,it builds an online learning resource quality analysis system and put it into practical use.Finally,the actual operation data of the platform is analyzed,and the system is finally proved to have practical use value.
