Automatic guided vehicle(AGV)is one of the important means to improve the production efficiency and intelligence of automated logistics system,flexible manufacturing workshop and intelligent workshop.AGV master system is a set of automatic control system used to control AGV vehicles to carry out material handling tasks.It determines the transportation efficiency and operation cost of AGV vehicles.At present,the development trend of AGV in China is on the rise,and the demand for AGV system in all walks of life is correspondingly increasing.At present,in the research of AGV,the research of AGV car itself is a relatively focused research direction in China,and this research trend is toward the direction of intelligent car.However,there are few researches on the master system,but the intelligent AGV car still needs the control of the master system to carry out efficiently and orderly.Therefore,the formed master system is hot in the industry,and the research in the academic field is also very important.Secondly,in response to the theme of "developing advanced manufacturing industry and revitalizing the real economy",the whole project adheres to the idea of independent innovation and independent research and development,and designs and develops AGV and AGV master system from scratch.In this paper,through the comparative analysis of the current AGV master system,a suitable AGV master system is designed.The main research contents include:Firstly,the existing AGV system architecture is analyzed,and the overall AGV system architecture is designed according to the project background.The key components of AGV master system are defined by formal language,the functions of each module of AGV master system are described,and the design requirements of electronic map are analyzed.Secondly,the operation process of AGV master control system is analyzed,the function modules of master control system are designed in detail by using UML,and several key technologies such as communication protocol of order and task transmission,algorithm of vehicle selection and traffic control strategy are designed in detail.Thirdly,by comparing the two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure of AGV electronic map,the common points between them are analyzed,and a two-dimensional and three-dimensional map model is proposed.Using this model,the layout,static environment,vehicle and route of the whole workshop can be visualized.At the same time,the design method of real-time state visualization of some system elements in electronic map and the method of model analysis and loading are also described.Finally,the technology selection and implementation effect of the system are discussed.Through the successful application of this system in the enterprise,the technical feasibility and effectiveness of the AGV master system proposed in this paper are verified.
