With the popularization and development of LED light source,people's demand for lighting quality is getting higher and higher.Using blue LED to activate phosphor is the main way to realize white LED lighting.At present,the research on the luminescence characteristics of the fluorescent type of white LED light source is still a major problem.It is not comprehensive to test and describe the optical chromaticity of light source space.This article is based on fluorescence transformational white LED light-emitting principle,studies the eight groups of different combinations of red and blue chips were high and low color temperature remote phosphor luminescence performance.This paper focuses on the study of its spatial luminescence characteristics,analyzes the factors that affect its spatial light chromaticity characteristics,and provides scientific basis for the production of remote fluorescent powder in industry.The research contents are divided into the following aspects:(1)The test system for the light source luminescence characteristic of the laboratory has been improved and adjusted to make it more suitable for experimental measurement and data recording of small remote phosphor LED light source.Using the system tested eight groups of different light sources,respectively is 1R1 B,2R2B,3R3 B,4B2R(R is red chip,B is the blue chips,digital represents the number of chips),stimulate the high and low temperature respectively two kinds of phosphors,got through the experiment test metering source space Angle of 72*33 spectral power distribution,illuminance value,light intensity and other spatial photometric information.(2)The development of color evaluation system: in order to comprehensively evaluate the spatial distribution characteristics of eight sets of light sources,a light source color evaluation system was developed.According to the CIE 13.3-1995.01.01,CIE159-2004.01.01 CIE204-2013,CIE224-2017 released by the international commission on illumination,using MATLAB developed a colorimetric parameter calculation procedures,It can be calculated the various chromaticity system color coordinate,color rendering index,correlated color temperature,color fidelity index,color saturation index,and other comprehensive light chrominance information,Using this program to calculate and process experimental data.Which makes the calculation easier and more quickly.(3)Processing and analyzing experimental data: by processing the experimental data,it was found that the geometrical shape of the remote fluorescent powder affected the shape of the light distribution curve.The uniformity of the number and position of excitation source chip distribution directly affects the uniformity of the light correlated color temperature and color rendering index.chip distribution more uniform,spatial pattern color temperature and color rendering index space distribution more uniform.The light source color temperature of the four groups is relatively low,indicating that the color temperature of phosphor has certain influence on the color temperature of the light source.Red blue light source spectrum composition ratio within a certain range better color rendering index,red light component too much and lack of red light component will produce same results in the decrease of color rendering index.The rending index Ra and R9 is lower of four groups of experiments in low color temperature than light in high color Phosphor.the distribution of chip configuration uniformity of color temperature for remote phosphor and phosphor photometric spatial distribution characteristics have great influence?By changing the remote phosphor way of packaging,color temperature,stimulate chip configured on improving remote phosphor LED performance plays an important role.(4)Eight LightTools simulation experiments of lighting conditions were done according to the experimental set up of the phosphor excitation spectrum,emission spectrum and absorption spectrum.By comparing the experimental testing result and simulation result of light distribution curve,color rendering index,color temperature and other indicators analysis the influencing factors.The study results for remote phosphor shape design,optimization and enhancement of high power white LED optical properties have important significance.Expectations can be used to guide practical production.(5)Through the study of this paper,we found that the shape of the light source is affected the shape of the light source.Multi-chip as the excitation source,the chip location and distribution are more uniform,the light source space color temperature distribution and the spatial color distribution are more uniform.The color temperature of the phosphor cap is influenced by the color temperature of the light source.By adding a proper amount of red phosphor can improve the color rendering,the component of red light too much and lack of red light components will produce same lower color rendering index.The distribution shape of the phosphor,the uniformity of the chip arrangement and the color temperature of the phosphor have a great influence on the spatial luminosity distribution characteristics of the light source.Through the LightTools simulation to find the best simulation results,we hope that the experimental results of this project can be used to guide practical production.
