In 1971,the existence of memristor was predicted by Professor Chua.In 2008,the memristor was physical realized by HP laboratory,which also made the research on the memristor become a hot spot in academic community.The memristor is a nonlinear circuit element,and its unique memory properties are natural memory,it is the core element of the future artificial brain.The appearance of memristor provides the material foundation for the realization of artificial intelligence in the future.Therefore,the model of the new memristive chaotic circuit has important research significance and great application value.Generally speaking,the mathematical equation of the chaotic circuit system has more complex dynamic characteristics than the ordinary chaotic system equation.Based on these characteristics,the memristive chaotic systems are often applied to secret communication,complex network,chaotic encryption and other related fields.Since the advent of memristor,its mathematical models and circuit models have been widely used in related academic fields.In 2008,the Ventra team expanded the concept of the memristor.Meminductor and memcapacitor are used in academic fields as the two new memristors.Meminductor and memcapacitor are defined as the 2D memristor,which has two variables and they interact with each other to control the size of the memristor.Meminductor and memcapacitor has more complex dynamic characteristics than memristor.However,the study of them are still in their infancy,and the model is only in the mathematical model,and the related documents are few,so it is necessary to study them.In this paper,a new chaotic circuit model was designed,and a new chaotic circuit model is designed,and adding a model of the flux-controlled memristor and meminductor which constructed the memristive hyperchaotic circuit and the meminductive hyperchaotic circuit.The mathematical model of the system was rebuild by the method of normalized parameters,by using SE and C0 complexity algorithms,the dynamical characteristics of the system were analyzed.During the studying,some special physical phenomena such as coexisting attractor and coexisting bifurcation were found,and the causes of these special phenomena were analyzed.Finally,the chaotic circuit was physical realized by using the method of equivalent circuit.
