Research On The Synergy Between ZTE' Financing Strategy And R&d Investment

With the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of the global economy,scientific and technological research and development has gradually become the leading way for the country to maintain sustainable development and obtain the main competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,China's r&d investment has been increasing,but there is still a big gap with developed countries.This has become a very important factor affecting China's economic strategic transformation and promoting comprehensive national strength.As an investment activity,R&D investment is of unique strategic significance to the enterprise.Financing,as the most common and commonly used method for the economic development of enterprises in today's society,meets the capital needs of various projects and activities of enterprises.Therefore,exploring how to synergistic cooperate with the R&D investment required by the enterprise to realize the mutual cooperation between the various business functions of the enterprise,and improve the economic efficiency and long-term development of the enterprise,has also become a problem for many enterprises to be resolved.Therefore,this paper takes ZTE as the case study object through literature research and case analysis.By sorting out the literature and theories related to corporate financing strategy,R&D investment,synergies and the synergies between financing strategy and R&D investment,this paper analyzes the synergies between ZTE' financing methods such as equity financing and bond financing and r&d investment.Also from the financing cost and financing risk analysis and r&d investment coordination;The last part is the financing structure to discuss the synergy with R&D investment.This paper mainly discusses the synergy between ZTE'financing strategy and R&D investment from these aspects.Through the systematic analysis of the case,the research conclusions are as follows:ZTE' financing strategy is mainly to raise funds by issuing bonds,stocks,bills and other ways.ZTE' investment in R&D is increasing.There is synergy between financing strategy and R&D investment.The synergy between financing strategy and R&D investment can promote the growth of economic interests of enterprises.
