The concept of "smart city" is increasingly relevant to people's lives. To realize the construction of a smart city,it is inseparable to comprehensively utilize resources and intelligent technologies to build new types of information infrastructures. It can be seen that the management of IoT infrastructure plays an important supporting role in the construction of a smart city. This paper proposes a design scheme of IoT infrastructure management system based on microservice. It aims to provide more accurate services and improve management efficiency for the operation and maintenance of the infrastructure by means of related technologies such as IoT,big data and microservice. The microservice-based IoT infrastructure management system is aimed at the management of 300,000-level IoT infrastructures. It provides batch analysis of large-capacity,high-rate,multi-classes big data, combined with data visualization technology through the diagnosis of these result data. This program provides real-time fault detection analysis, indicator analysis, early warning and other practical functions to ensure safe, stable and efficient operation of IoT infrastructures such as optical junction boxes, manholes, outdoor cabinets and electronic locks. This system is an intelligent platform for the information processing of large amount. So high performance, high reliability and scalability are the most important aspects in designing and implementing the whole system. The high cohesion and low coupling characteristics of microservice architecture are very suitable for our needs. This article optimizes the source code of Kafka message middleware, reduces its resource consumption on the basis of ensuring low latency. It lays a good foundation for dealing with data storm scenarios.Combining grid clustering algorithm and sequential clustering algorithm for point polymerization display of facilities on a GIS map improves the loading efficiency. In addition, the protocols for communication are decoupled from the system code, and a standardized protocol library has been built to facilitate more rapid and more convenient access for similar IoT infrastructures. It improves the scalability of the system, and support fast iteration of IoT infrastructures.
