Logistics distribution as the core link of the whole logistics system.Whether the distribution activities can be successfully implemented is the most intuitive reflection of the comprehensive strength of logistics enterprises.In the logistics and distribution process,it is often disturbed by unexpected events,making the logistics and distribution of goods unable to be delivered as originally planned,resulting in failure of the distribution task.The change of customer time window is the most common kind of interference in distribution activities,and the changing traffic flow on the road is also the main factor affecting the time of vehicles to reach the customer point.When the disturbance occurs,formulating the disturbance recovery plan by considering the realtime road traffic situation is more in line with the actual situation of logistics distribution,and has certain significance and practical application value to the logistics distribution vehicle scheduling.This paper considers the impact of traffic flow and time window changes on vehicle scheduling under the open distribution mode of multi-distribution centers.First,the effect of real-time changing traffic flow conditions on the road on vehicle scheduling problems is considered.By introducing the function of vehicle travel time under the effect of traffic flow in different periods,a multi-distribution center vehicle scheduling model considering the effect of traffic flow is constructed under the open distribution mode.Secondly,from the perspective of human behavior,the improved prospect theory is used to analyze and measure the disturbance of customer time window changes in the vehicle distribution process to the three parties involved in the distribution activity,and a vehicle scheduling interference management model is established.Thirdly,the operator in the bacterial foraging algorithm is integrated into the ant colony algorithm,the bacterial foraging-ant colony algorithm is designed,and the vehicle scheduling interference management model is optimized and solved.Finally,a comparative analysis of the simulation results of the examples is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm,and countermeasures and measures to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution scheduling are given.
