Design And Implementation Of Technology Trends Analysis System Based On Patents

The thirst for emerging technologies in businesses and research institutions is not limited to following up and mastering the key technologies in the field,but rather to identifying the most promising technologies in the field at an early stage and helping them to take the initiative in future markets.Technology trend analysis examines and describes the direction and speed of a technology for some time to come.At present,IPOs or patent analysis websites only have the patent comparison,classification statistics,patent search and download capabilities,and can not dig deep into the potential information contained in the patent.Technical trend analysis still depends on manual reading of a large number of patents combined with expert judgment,making it difficult to carry out regularly.This paper designs and implements a patent based technology trend analysis system for the above requirements.The main work done is as follows:(1)using the method of text mining to establish a vector space model of patent unstructured texts and calculating the similarity between patents,thus giving the novelty of patents to reflect the development of technological innovation;(2)using regression analysis to establish the Logistic model based on the cumulative number of patents,drawing a curve of the life cycle of the technology and determining the current life cycle stage of the technology so as to predict the development trend of the technology;(3)developing a patent text collection program to capture the patent specification of Google Patents to solve the problem that patent websites have restrictions on the format and content of the patent,which is not conducive to the extraction of the knowledge in the patent;(4)MySQL-based data storage,using Mybatis and the Spring framework to build data access layer and business layer to reduce data access template code to achieve hard-coded decoupling and flexible configuration;(5)using Java Web technology to visualize the technology trend analysis system.This paper summarizes the research and development work of the system in a comprehensive way.Firstly,the thesis briefly explains the significance of the subject and the current research situation both at home and abroad,and summarizes the relevant technologies.Then,the overall system design and key technology selection for user needs are explained,and the design and implementation of important modules are given in detail.Finally,the system test situation is introduced,which shows that the system meets the design requirements.
