Research And Implementation Of An Intern Management System Based On Android Platform

Internship is an important teaching link for secondary vocational schools to improve students' comprehensive practical ability and employment ability.Intern management is an important content of secondary vocational schools' teaching management and also the difficulty of teaching management.At present,in the process of student internship management,due to the large number of students,scattered internship locations,diverse internship positions and dual identity,the school is difficult to grasp the students' internship status in real time,resulting in the post internship cannot achieve the expected effect.At present,our school's secondary vocational students have widely used smart phones,therefore,the development of the Android operating system based on secondary vocational intern management system,will promote the secondary vocational college students post internship management work,has a good practical basis.According to the software engineering method,according to the management business process,the paper investigated the current secondary vocational intern management system user requirements,data requirements and non-functional requirements,using UML to modeling and analysis of requirements,forming a demand baseline.Based on the Android platform and SQL database t echnology,the thesis carries on the overall design and the functional model design of the intern management system of secondary vocational school,and further designs the intern module,instructor module,administrator module,enterprise information manag ement module and other functional modules in detail.Paper based on the Android platform and JAVA development technology for implementing the encoding and secondary vocational trainee management functions,students can know the campus in dynamic,effective communication,students and teachers training related information feedback and so on,standardizes the internship management workflow,to ensure that the practice of data collection and management more scientific and effective.This paper studies the decision tree algorithm and analyzes the business and data in the process of internship management,in order to improve the efficiency of internship management by constructing the data analysis model related to internship management.In this paper,a decision tree is used to construct the classification model of intern students,so as to provide the direction of decision and analysis for the management of intern students.Finally,this paper tested the function and performance of the APP system,and the results showed that the developed system could effectively realize efficient communication among administrators,students and instructors.At present,the system has been put on line and entered the trial operation stage,which has realized teaching innovation,reduced teaching cost,greatly enhanced students' comprehensive practical ability and employment ability,and provided an effective solution reference for other secondary vocational schools.
