Coopreation Increasing And Management Application Design For College Teams Based On Light Weight Concept

With the rapid development of communication technology,smartphone third-party applications play an increasingly important role in people's lives.In terms of office methods,many companies have also changed from traditional office methods to new mobile office methods.Mobile office plays a huge role in improving work and communication efficiency,and reducing office costs for enterprises.”Due to the needs of professional practice,students generally participate in project practice in the form of a team.However,due to the lack of teamwork,many project results are not ideal.Therefore,using the convenience of smart phones and the Internet,the design of a promotion and collaboration promotion management app for college teams has emerged.Summarizing "lightweight" design concept for Internet products from the aspects of lightening information architecture,streamlining operational processes,pursuing minimalism and valuing detail.based on the traceability of the “lightweight” design concept,analyzing the “lightweight” design,simple and exquisite,rigorous and humanistic external design performance,as well as the inherent essence of rational subtraction and green sustainability.Summarizing the Lightweight design method which is through “light form“,light color" and "fine texture".Through the analysis of the actual needs of Internet collaborative work,the necessity and importance of the design are illustrated,and the development trend of “intelligence”,“integration”,“integration of multiple devices” and “exciting initiative” is explored.In the pre-design work,we study the functional design,architecture design and visual design of similar products,and draw the enlightenment of using the fragmented time to improvement.Exploring the team collaboration of colleges and universities can be enhanced and exercised through three aspects: “spread team culture”,“show team achievement” and “team building activity”.In the design practice,the above-mentioned lightweight design guidelines and teamwork enhancement methods are cited,and based on the user's research results,a lightweight team collaboration management app application that meets the actual needs of the university team is designed from the perspectives of lightness of structure,lightness of vision,and lightness of user experience.Form the point of pursuit of a healthy and rational lightweight design to achieve practical design,using more convenient mobile Internet products to achieve equipment collection,location flexibility,communication timeliness,fragmentation time utilization,and through the help project run better and assisted in collaborative games to subtly enhance team cohesion and foster a harmonious atmosphere,so that college teams can improve collaboration efficiency,ensure the quality of collaborative projects,and enhance the multi-dimensionality of students in learning and practice.
