The university laboratory is the main place to train students' practical ability and comprehensive quality, and it is an important part of the university teaching resource allocation system. With the development of disciplines and specialties, the scale and number of college laboratories continue to increase, and the quality and level of laboratory construction have become the focus of attention. The construction of the laboratory is divided into multiple steps, and the establishment of the laboratory project is the first step among them, which is the basis of the later construction. In the project initiation phase, due to the lack of overall school data and historical construction data support and intuitive reference comparison, review experts often rely on personal experience. When reviewing decisions, they may fail to discover problems such as repeated construction, advanced construction, and repeated purchase of equipment, resulting in laboratories. The construction lacks macro planning, and the plan is not systematic and comprehensive. This thesis focuses on the laboratory project part, taking a college as an example, using a three-tier architecture model, spring, spring MVC,and mybatis as the framework, building a B/S-based system, through Elasticsearch inverted index technology Build a distributed sample library, integrate IK tokenizer,Ingest-Attashment,LogStash and other technologies to implement project application and project metadata import and tokenization, and use BM25 algorithm to calculate project similarity to provide assistance for expert decision-making.Tests show that the system is stable and meets the user's basic business needs.
