With the emergence of the concept of "machine learning" modern artificial intelligence technology has gradually achieved leapfrog development,technology maturity is constantly improving,the level of machine intelligence has reached an unprecedented height,artificial intelligence technology is increasingly having a profound impact on the development and operation of human society,but also to a certain extent,the impact of China's traditional insurance industry,To promote China's insurance industry to achieve intelligent transformation.In the wave of intelligent transformation of the insurance industry,Internet insurance bear the brunt,using its innate Advantage of Internet technology,actively integrate into artificial intelligence technology,widely used in Internet insurance front-end intelligent sales,customer service,mid-range intelligent operation and back-end underwriting,claims,to achieve the intelligent transformation of the insurance chain.The deep integration of artificial intelligence and Internet insurance has promoted the emergence and formation of modern intelligent insurance,effectively made up for the defects and loopholes of the traditional insurance industry,brought customers a new intelligent service experience,further stimulated the consumer's insurance consumption demand under the new era,and improved the overall operating economic benefits of the insurance industry.Throughout the world,the ability of insurance science and technology innovation has become the embodiment of the comprehensive national strength,insurance as an important pillar of the national economic industry,the development of its innovation ability affects the whole society.Although China's insurance industry started late,it has great potential.Insurance intelligent,digital transformation has begun,traditional insurance enterprises,Internet enterprises,insurance technology companies and other participants are actively working to achieve their own intelligent transformation,driving the overall transformation of China's insurance industry.In 2013,Snail Insurance Hospital was established to provide online insurance consulting services on the APP,and pioneered the insurance consultation model,providing one-stop insurance services for registration,pulse,diagnosis,prescription and assistance in insurance.At the same time,the artificial intelligence technology into its own Internet insurance business,to provide customers with free artificial intelligence insurance assessment services,promote the organic integration of artificial intelligence and Internet insurance in China,to provide a demonstration to the participants in the insurance industry.This paper analyzes the case of artificial intelligence and Internet insurance fusion of snail insurance hospital,which shows the influence of artificial intelligence and Internet insurance integration on the society,the various participants and the public in the insurance industry,and summarizes the experience that the snail insurance hospital model is worth learning from.At the same time,this paper expounds the current situation and existing problems of the integration and development of artificial intelligence and Internet insurance in China,and understands the integration and development of artificial intelligence and Internet insurance in the two insurance developed countries in the United States and Britain,and absorbs the successful experience from it.Finally,combined with the problems existing in China's integration and the development experience of the British and American countries,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which provide some ideas for the development of china's artificial intelligence and Internet insurance integration.
