There are many translucent material objects in the real world.Computer graphics are often used in the film and television industry to simulate,display and render objects of this type.Therefore,in computer graphics,translucent materials with realistic feelings are used.Real-time rendering of materials has always been an important subject.As the visualization of translucent materials has become more and more widely used,and today's rendering algorithms still have various limitations,the study of realistic rendering of translucent materials is of great significance.The main work of this thesis includes:1.The step of sampling surface points in photorealistic rendering of translucent materials requires traversing the mesh.Its rendering requires a large time overhead,Based on the theory of subsurface scattering and the data structure required for real-time rendering,this thesis proposes a method using spherical harmonic coefficients in the model vertices.Describe the method of spatial distribution of model meshs above and below the vertices,and the preprocessing process using this method.This method can transfer the time overhead of the grid intersection during rendering to preprocessing.Making realtime rendering a constant time can calculate the mesh distance during shading,effectively improving the efficiency of translucent material rendering.2.For the existing translucent material photorealistic rendering algorithm,it only simulates the material effect under certain parameters and has a narrow applicability.This thesis proposes a real-time Monte Carlo integral translucent material rendering algorithm based on the spatial distribution of the model face of the vertex.And by controlling the sampling and integration calculation methods to achieve a wider range of material rendering effects,This algorithm comprehensively considers the scattering,absorption,and reflection processes of volume rendering,and can represent materials with more diverse interactive properties.And through time anti-aliasing technology optimization,effectively enhance the realism of translucent material rendering.3.Based on the real rendering method flow of translucent materials proposed in this thesis,a three-dimensional translucent material rendering platform was built,and an interactive dental morphology rendering system was completed according to actual user needs.Users can adjust various parameters of the material according to their needs,and render real-time effect images in real time.This thesis also uses this system to conduct various rendering tests and compares it with existing methods.
