With the development and progress of avionics networks,in-vehicle interconnection,and industrial automation and control,the real-time and reliability of the network and the need to mix multiple types of services are increasing,so time-triggered network technology has gained widespread attention and rapid development.FC-AE(Fiber Channel-Avionics Environment)has the advantages of high transmission rate,low delay,low bit error rate and strong anti-interference ability.It is now widely used in various environments with high real-time and reliability requirements.Considering that TTE(Time Triggered Ethernet),which introduces time-triggered network technology to Ethernet,has certain results,and the research on time-triggered FC(Fiber Channel)networks is still in its infancy,this paper will introduce TTFC(Time Triggered Fiber Channel)as the research direction,design and implement the node card with TTFC function.And in modern society,there are more and more application scenarios that require multiple types of service collaboration.Based on this requirement,this paper designs a TTFC node card with multi-service access function.The node card supports Ethernet services and CAN(Controller Area Network)services connected to the FC-AE network to realize the time scheduling of the node card for a variety of different services.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)The related protocols involved in the design of the node card are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the node card is proposed.The design plan mainly includes three parts: FC module,multi-service access module and DMA module.(2)Completed the encapsulation of Ethernet frames and CAN frames into standard FC-AE-ASM frames according to the prescribed format,realizing the function of multiservice access of node cards.(3)Compared the time synchronization method of applying the AS6802 protocol in TTE to TTFC and the FC primitive time synchronization method based on the IEEE1588 protocol.An improved method of FC primitive time synchronization is proposed as the time synchronization scheme of this design.(4)Based on the realization of the time synchronization function of the node card,the time trigger function of the node card is designed.The time trigger function includes two directions of sending and receiving.The time-triggered sending function in this design is scheduled in advance through the DMA module.(5)Based on the design scheme of the node card,the FC module,the multi-service access module,the DMA module and its various sub-modules are logically implemented.The above design and implementation process is based on FPGA.After the logic implementation is completed,a functional simulation of the logic code of this design is carried out,and the node card is tested with the TTFC application software to ensure the correctness of the function of the node card.
