Based On Middle-end Structure E-commerce Sales System Design And Implementation

In recent years,online shopping become more and more convenient.Many customers change their habits of shopping in the mall to online shopping.This change directly leads to decrease of the offline customers.Many large and middle enterprises in retail industry have been challenged for this which is saying a lot of enterprises have to put on emphasis on the online sales channel.Now with the development of e-commerce,sales business is not only facing to online but also facing to the mobile-ends.But the sales system of traditional front-end structure could not adapt to the changeable sales scenario.It comes with the connection issue between the system,because of the development of the business and the inconsistency of this "front-end" model.In addition,with the online and mobile-end business expanded rapidly,the servers bought may face the challenge of continuous upgrade and the systems stability.Also with the increasing of applications and proposes in the future,more and more companies consider to use cloud technology and micro-services.Hence,according to the company's business development and the urgent needs for the online and mobile-end sales,it trend to build a proper system structure and a system which could support multiply sales channel.The paper put emphasis on researching structure of whole online malls sales system based on the requirements of building online shopping malls and the interaction in terms of online business orders and inventory.There is middle-end system in this structure,connecting entire front-end and back-end.This structure could not only support the flexible and changeable requirement of front-end but also realize the stable requirements of back-end.In addition,the middle-end system has designed the supply chain process and software system structure and completed the design and realization of system programs by using software and services from Paa S(Platform-as-a-Service)which is based on cloud technology.Finally,it provided a complete solution for the transformation of traditional retail to e-commerce and exploitation of sales channels.The researches of this paper is as below:(1)The structure design of the online mall sales system.This paper researches inventory system of using ERP,the integration method of front-end TP and middle-end OMS and designs online mall sales system in line with the business procedure.The middle-end OMS connect the front-end TP and the back-end SAP,according to the characteristics of high accuracy required,changeable and fast response.This paper completed the setup of back-end ERP,front-end TP,middle-end OMS and analyzed the requirements of interface between three systems,realized and verified the connectivity and accuracy of the information exchange with three systems and completed the monitoring of system.(2)Construction and implementation of the middle-end system.Construction and implementation of the middle-end system.This paper proposes to deploy the entire middle-end system based on the cloud platform that provides Paa S services,analyzing the scene of online business and designing the function and environment deployment plan of the middle-end.This paper also configures and realizes the business functions of the middle-end,including the functions of order management,merchandise,inventory refinement management and the interface between the front-end and back-end are implemented.(3)The function realization and verification of the online mall sales system.According to warehouse and sales procedure,this paper implements the code implementation of the whole business based on the ABAP and.net technology.Designing the entire invoicing process automatically in the back-end and solving the problem of the inventory and online orders by using some algorithm.This paper also tests entire online business procedure to check whether the three systems function can meet the needs of the business and ensures the generated business document flow is correct.The e-commerce system based on the middle-end architecture meets the business needs of the enterprise through system application verification.It shows that the whole system has practicality and scalability.
