As a result of the rapid advancement of the internet, people's life has been gradually dependent on it and the on-line shopping and e-commerce will be one of the main directions .As e-commerce booming, colleges and universities have realised that the instroduction of the school system of e-commerce can contribute much convinience to teachers and students and enormous economic benefits and management advantages to schools,therefore,the school e-commerce has played an important role in the school informatization .On the basis of the existing conditions of the undeveloped school on-line mall in Hulunbuir college , a platform designed for teachers and students is used to provide information and goods as well as orders , meet the requirements of transactions even if people are indoors and serve teachers and students better. From the perspective of concept and connotation of e-commerce, the article introduces its emergement,advancement and the key technologies and concretely analyzes differences between the school e-commerce and the common e-commerce,then introduces the flamework of NET technology ,background, the strengths of NET ,NEIFramework ,ADO.NET ,CLR that the system of the on-line mall and so on .(commomlanguage Runtime),which are involved into the school on-line mall,later lays the emphasis on the analysis , the design and the enablement of the system.Use. NET technology (including ASP.NET, ADO.NET), as well as database technology to a new framework for e-commerce platform is divided into the following main parts: 1. Using ASP.NET technology, e-commerce program to build the user interface and Web-based program structure. 2. ADO.NET use of technology to generate e-commerce program for the back-end database connectivity and high-security visit. 3. SQLServer and the use of the database technology, the establishment of secure and reliable e-commerce database as a back-end data source program.
